1.Inspect the condition of the one-way valve is normal (on the tank body);(key point)

2.Check whether there is any breakage on supply air pipeline, gas equipment is normal;

3.Check whether the joint of piston connecting rod and crankshaft with good;

4.Check whether there is any breakage on piston ring;

5.Check the sealing condition of pipeline and various joint are in good condition, with or without damage leakage.

6.Check the air intake and exhaust assembly respectively, see the inside of the valve and spring and the body have damaged, valve plates can reply in place;Check the place cover seal sealing effect is good;Cover plate pressure after good work if there is leakage phenomenon;(the key point)

7.Check whether there is any strain on the piston cylinder and burns;whether the piston surface area of carbon is too much;

8.Check the pressure relay state of check valve is normal;(key point)
